Beyond the workout:
sports massage
Did you know you could get a massage before and after your workout?
Pre-exercise sports massage aims to optimize performance by increasing flexibility and blood flow, effectively warming muscles and preparing them for exertion. By addressing muscle tightness, it minimizes injury risk and promotes mental readiness, allowing athletes to approach their activity with enhanced focus and a wider range of motion. This proactive approach ensures muscles are primed for peak performance, reducing the likelihood of strains and promoting a smoother, more efficient workout.
Post-exercise massage focuses on recovery and healing. It accelerates the removal of metabolic waste, reducing muscle soreness and stiffness. Enhanced circulation delivers vital nutrients to damaged tissues, promoting faster repair and restoring flexibility. Furthermore, it provides stress relief, while supporting rehabilitation from injuries. This restorative process helps individuals recover more quickly, ensuring they're ready for their next training session.
Regardless of whether you exercise or play sport to keep fit, or compete from club to international level, then sports massage may have something to offer you.

Beyond the Workout:
Swedish Massage
You don't need to work-out to get a massage!
Swedish massage, employs long, gliding strokes, kneading, and circular motions to relax muscles and improve circulation. This gentle yet effective technique eases tension, reduces stress, and promotes overall relaxation. By increasing blood flow, it can also alleviate minor aches and pains, leaving individuals feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Beyond the Workout: Lymph Drainage
Lymphatic drainage massage gently encourages the flow of lymph fluid throughout the body.
Unlike traditional massage, it focuses on the lymphatic system, a network of vessels crucial for immune function and waste removal. By using light, rhythmic strokes, we guide lymph fluid towards lymph nodes, where toxins and waste are filtered.
