Challenge your body and mind with this 45-minute HIIT class, designed to boost your endurance and improve your central nervous system's efficiency. We'll use high-intensity bodyweight intervals to torch calories, improve cardiovascular health, and fire up your metabolism.

Stretch
and Strength
Release tension and build functional strength with this 45-minute stretch and strength class. We'll focus on improving your mobility and body awareness while strengthening key muscle groups. Leave feeling longer, stronger, and more centered.
Bring a fitness mat (optional) and be prepared to work barefoot.
Dance Fit
Ready to dance, move, strengthen, and express yourself in a way that supports your body and mind? These dance-based classes are designed to get your heart rate up, focusing on endurance and aerobic conditioning with low or no impact options to suit every body. The class will guide you through dynamic sequences that blend technique with artistic flair. You will not only improve your cardiovascular health but will learn to move with greater efficiency, reduce injury risk, and build the sustained stamina essential for any active lifestyle whilst challenging coordination and memory. Studies show that "undertaking structured dance of any genre is generally equally and occasionally more effective than other types of structured exercise for improving a range of psychological and cognitive outcomes."
